I forgot my password

To reset your password, you'll need to have access to the email linked with your Viva+ account.

Tap the "Forgot Password" link located beneath the red "Login" button. You'll be directed to another page where you can input the email associated with your account. Check your email inbox afterward. You should receive a message with instructions on resetting your password.

Who can see my username?

Your username is used to identify you on Viva+ and within the Viva+ community. It appears when you engage with others on the Feed through likes or comments.

*Remember to adhere to our Community Guidelines when selecting your name.

How do I terminate my membership?

If you initially became a member through the website, navigate to the Billing section and select Cancel.

If you're using the mobile app, open the Viva+ app, tap the ☰ menu in the top left corner, then select your profile at the bottom. Choose the Billing section and click on Change or cancel. This will take you to an App Store/Google Play view where you can cancel your membership.

Once the cancellation is confirmed, you'll retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

Am I eligible for a membership refund?

Since a membership purchase grants immediate access to our content library and perks, it can only be cancelled, not refunded. However, our support team may be able to assist in special circumstances if you contact us at contact@support.vivaplus.tv within 7 days of the transaction appearing on your bank statement.

Our promotional discount codes for Patreon, Kickstarter and Powercoin expire on September 1st, 2024. SAVE20 expires on August 21st 2024. These codes are valid only for new members and cannot be applied retroactively after creating your account.

How do I permanently delete my account?

First, ensure that you've canceled your subscription via the Billing section. Once canceled, send us a request to delete your account at contact@support.vivaplus.tv using the email associated with your account.

What are free accounts?

Viva+ allows the ability to sign up for free - we have a select number of public videos that allow you to test out device compatibility and the user interface before committing to a tier. You will also receive email updates from Viva+ to keep up with new features, perks and news.

Community Guidelines

We are so psyched to have you be a part of our Viva+ community! Use your common sense when interacting with other members of this community - moderators and admins of this website may delete comments at their discretion if they believe the following guidelines have been breached. Please follow these rules:

1. Be kind, courteous, and civil.

2. No harassment (hate speech, threats, personal attacks, etc.) 

3. No promotions or spam

4. Avoid politics and other polarising topics in community spaces.

General information on not sharing personal information

We will never ask for your personal information or passwords. Keep your personal information private and avoid sharing it with other users. If you receive suspicious emails impersonating Viva+ or our employees, they may be spam or phishing attempts. Delete such emails immediately.

Promotional Codes

We have a variety of offers and discount codes throughout our promotional periods and for our Patreon members. Only (1) code may be used at checkout - if two or more are entered, the code with the best value is automatically applied.

Discount codes cannot be combined, stacked or used in conjunction with any other offer. Discount codes are only applicable on the Viva+ desktop website, not the Viva+ App. They can only be used once per account so please keep the codes and your account information confidential. Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied to your account if forgotten at checkout.

Why are videos that are "free" on Youtube, not free on VivaPlus?

Videos on VivaPlus are ad-free, annotation-free, and free from mid-rolls, which is a paid perk available starting at the Rare tier. On YouTube, these same videos include ads such as pre-rolls, banner ads, and mid-rolls, which help support the content on that platform.

We do offer a selection of videos on VivaPlus for free to non-members and free members, including Witcher Logic, Dead by Daylight Logic, and pilots for our new VivaPlus exclusives.

How can I participate in Viva+ Games?

For members of the Epic and Legendary tiers, you can join the Viva guys in-game as they stream on Twitch. For the dates and times of upcoming games, check the Viva+ feed. Passwords to join their games and teams will be posted in the Epic Discord Channel during the Viva+ Games, which is a member only channel. To access this channel, please link your Viva+ and Discord account. Navigate to the 'Members Only' tab. Under the Perks dropdown, scroll down to the Discord reward. Press the ‘Connect’ button to link your Discord account to Viva+. If you don't have access to the exclusive channel within 48 hours, please reach out to contact@support.vivaplus.tv with your Discord username and Viva+ email. 

If you aren't much of a gamer, you can watch the guys play on their Twitch channels - check the Viva+ feed for dates and times of upcoming events.

How do I get my gamertag in a video?

We select gamertags from our Legendary members. These are randomly selected so every member of Legendary will have a chance for that draw. We'll do a callout Viva+ post asking for these and will pick from the comment section. Only one comment per user will be considered! Inappropriate names that breach our community guidelines (see above) will be disqualified from consideration.

Why are the prices different on the app?

For the best experience, we recommend creating your account through our desktop website at https://vivaplus.tv/ This helps you avoid extra fees that Apple and Google add to transactions made through their apps. If you’re making any upgrades or changes to your plan that require a credit card, please do so through the website to avoid these charges. It is likely that if you sign up on the website, any changes you make to your plan must also go through the website

Please note that discount codes are not accepted on the app - please apply these through the vivaplus.tv website only.

What features does the Viva+ TV app have?

  1. Offline videos (download videos to play when you don't have wifi/coverage!)
  2. Mini player (when you play audio/video, you can swipe down and the player will continue to play in a mini bar at the bottom)
  3. Background playback - when you play audio/video, you can close the app or lock the phone, and audio track will continue to play.
  4. Picture-in-picture.

PATREON

I'm moving over from Patreon - how do I redeem my free month?

We offer a free month of Viva+ (for any tier) to current monthly Patrons through a discount code applied after tier selection at checkout. This is designed to address potential rollover renewals during the Viva+ launch and prevent double charges for that month for our Patreon supporters.

Only one discount code per new account will be accepted at checkout, so these offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or conditional offer. 

We have sent this discount code to all currently paying Patrons to the email address associated with their Patreon account. If you have not received this email or cannot access that email account, please email us at info@vivaplus.tv with your Patreon email. Only one discount code per account will be valid. This discount does not apply to new paying Patrons who join our Patreon after July 30th 2024.

Where can I watch Viva la Dirt League content on Viva+?

Our 'Shows' tab displays all the available series we have for on-demand streaming on Viva+. Watch episodes of 'Bored' and 'Epic NPC Man' and many more exclusive series here. 

Our 'Videos' tab displays all new uploads in chronological order, so you can catch up on the latest episodes as they become available. You can also keep up with the latest videos and posts under the 'Members Only - Feed' tab.

Full video episodes of the ‘We Were Told’ Podcast, D&D Campaign Podcasts and 'Behind ADHD & Me' are available for members under the ‘Podcast’ tab.

How do I change my email notification settings?

By becoming a member, you're automatically subscribed to email updates for new feed posts. If you wish to unsubscribe, click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any of the emails you've received.

What are Members-Only posts?

The Members-Only Feed can be accessed by visiting vivaplus.tv and selecting "Feed" from the "Members Only" menu tab. Here, members can find all the latest posts and uploads, with the ability to sort from newest to oldest and vice versa. 

Can I cast from Viva+?

Yes! If you have a device like Google Chromecast or Apple's Airplay, you can cast Viva+ content to your TV. Enable Airplay through the play bar on your video and Chromecast through your browser settings. Keep in mind, some of our archived content from Patreon will be formatted as Youtube embeds so may use different methods of casting to the new uploads. You can also utilise picture-in-picture which you can enable in the play bar on your video. 

What are the differences between "Shows", "Videos" and "Feed"?

The “Shows” tab allows you to filter episodes by each show we offer, including our Viva+ exclusives. 

The “Videos” tab allows you to explore all our video content. You can jump right back into your recently watched through the “Continue Playing” category, surf the most recent episodes in the “Recent Videos” category, or view each show in its own category. Switching the page display from “Featured” to “All Videos” will show all the shows’ video episodes in chronological order, also allowing you to use Publish Date Filters, sort by Newest to Oldest (default), or Oldest to Newest.

The “Feed” Tab displays the video uploads, posts and their comments! This page allows you to filter the Feed’s content by Post Type, Publish Date Range, and Tags. It also includes a search bar and tabs to filter by show.
