Daggerheart Prizepack Giveaway

Eligibility
1.1 This giveaway is open to all free and paid members of vivaplus.tv who are legally permitted to participate.
1.2 Participants must have an active vivaplus.tv account to comment and enter.
1.3 Employees of Viva La Dirt League, their immediate family members, and anyone connected professionally with this giveaway are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
2.1 To enter, participants must comment on the designated giveaway posts on vivaplus.tv.
2.2 Only one entry per person is allowed. If multiple comments are made, only the first will be counted.
2.3 Duplicate or multiple accounts used to enter will result in disqualification.
2.4 No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Giveaway Period
3.1 Entries open when the post goes live and close on Friday 28th February 2026, at 12:00 AM NZT.
3.2 Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Selection of Winners
4.1 One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
4.2 Winners will be announced on vivaplus.tv and/or notified directly soon after the giveaway closes.
4.3 Winners will be contacted via the email associated with their vivaplus.tv account. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, a new winner may be selected.

Prize Details
5.1 The winner will receive (1) Daggerheart Prizepack
5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
5.3 Shipping Restrictions: Viva La Dirt League cannot ship prizes to the following locations: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine; Russia; Belarus; Ecuador; Cuba; Iran; Syria; North Korea.

General Conditions
6.1 Viva La Dirt League reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of violating the terms, using fake accounts, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
6.2 By entering, participants agree to allow Viva La Dirt League to publicly share their username when announcing winners.
6.3 Viva La Dirt League is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other problems that may prevent participation.
6.4 The giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

Changes & Termination
7.1 Viva La Dirt League reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.

7-Day Free Trial

1. Eligibility

1.1 This offer is open to new users of vivaplus.tv only.
1.2 Users must not have previously held a paid membership on vivaplus.tv.
1.3 Users on the Apprentice tier may redeem the trial only if they have never upgraded to a paid tier in the past.
1.4 Existing or past paid members are not eligible for this offer.
1.5 This trial is a limited-time offer and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

2. Offer Details

2.1 Eligible users will receive 7 days of access to their chosen tier (Rare, Epic, or Legendary) at no cost.
2.2 Trial access includes all features and content available within the selected tier.
2.3 A valid payment method is required to activate the trial.
2.4 After the 7-day trial ends, your membership will automatically renew at the standard price for the chosen tier unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

3. Access Requirements

3.1 LIVE events on VivaPlus require a Rare tier or higher. Users must select an eligible tier during trial signup to view the event.

4. How to Redeem

4.1 Go to vivaplus.tv/tiers and select your chosen tier.
4.2 Follow the checkout instructions to activate your 7-day free trial.
4.3 A valid payment method must be entered at checkout to begin the trial.

5. General Conditions

5.1 Offer is limited to one trial per person/account.
5.2 Creating multiple accounts to access the offer more than once is prohibited and may result in account termination.
5.3 Viva La Dirt League reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke trial access if abuse or ineligibility is detected.
5.4 Standard Viva+ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply.

VIVAPLUS 2.0 PROMO CODES

1. Eligibility

1.1 Promotional codes are valid exclusively on vivaplus.tv and cannot be redeemed via the Viva+ app.
1.2 Each code is subject to specific eligibility criteria as outlined in Section 2.
1.3 Only one promotional code may be applied per account.
1.4 Codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers.
1.5 Viva La Dirt League reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
1.6 Any misuse of promotional codes, including the creation of multiple accounts to gain additional discounts, may result in the suspension or termination of the associated account.

2. Promotional Offer Details

2.1 Code: WELCOME50

  • Available to new users and current members on the Apprentice tier who have never held a paid Viva+ membership or redeemed a 7-day trial.

  • Valid on Monthly plans, across all tiers.

  • Provides 50% off the first three months of membership.

  • To redeem, visit vivaplus.tv/tiers to select your preferred monthly plan and apply the code during checkout

  • Not redeemable via the app.

  • Expires August 26th 2025 at midnight NZT.

2.2 Code: SAVE25

  • Available to new users and current members on the Apprentice tier who have never held a paid Viva+ membership or redeemed a 7-day trial.

  • Valid on Annual plans, across all tiers.

  • Provides 25% off the first annual payment.

  • To redeem, visit vivaplus.tv/tiers to select your preferred annual plan and enter the code at checkout

  • Not redeemable via the app.

  • Expires August 26th 2025 at midnight NZT.

2.3 Code: UPGRADE25

  • Available to existing Viva+ members only and people who have redeemed a 7-day trial.

  • Valid when upgrading from a Monthly plan to an Annual plan of the same or higher tier (e.g., Monthly Epic → Annual Epic, or Monthly Rare → Annual Legendary).

  • Also applies to members on an existing Annual plan upgrading to a higher Annual tier.

  • Offers 25% off the first billing cycle of the upgraded annual plan.

  • To redeem, visit vivaplus.tv/tiers, click the “Save 10% if you pay annually” link located under your selected new tier, then proceed to checkout and enter the promo code.

  • Not redeemable via the app.

  • Expires August 26th 2025 at midnight NZT.

3. General Conditions

3.1 Promotional codes must be applied at the time of checkout; they cannot be applied retroactively.
3.2 A valid payment method is required to activate any discounted subscription.
3.3 Upon completion of the discounted billing period, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
3.4 Viva La Dirt League reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or deny promotional access in the event of suspected abuse or ineligibility.
