Witcher Logic Giveaway

  1. Eligibility
    1.1 This giveaway is open to all free and paid members of vivaplus.tv who are legally permitted to participate.
    1.2 Participants must have an active vivaplus.tv account to comment and enter.
    1.3 Employees of Viva La Dirt League, their immediate family members, and anyone connected professionally with this giveaway are not eligible to enter.

  2. How to Enter
    2.1 To enter, participants must comment on the designated giveaway post on vivaplus.tv.
    2.2 Only one entry per person is allowed. If multiple comments are made, only the first will be counted.
    2.3 Duplicate or multiple accounts used to enter will result in disqualification.
    2.4 No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

  3. Giveaway Period
    3.1 Entries open when the post goes live and close on Friday, 14th March, at 10 PM NZT.
    3.2 Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

  4. Selection of Winners
    4.1 Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
    4.2 Winners will be announced on vivaplus.tv and/or notified directly soon after the giveaway closes.
    4.3 Winners will be contacted via the email associated with their vivaplus.tv account. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, a new winner may be selected.

  5. Prize Details
    5.1 Each winner will receive one (1) signed script of their choice from the Viva La Dirt League archive (2021-2025), subject to availability and licensing restrictions.
    5.2 Some scripts may be unavailable due to licensing or other restrictions. Viva La Dirt League reserves the right to limit selection options.
    5.3 Scripts will be signed by Alan, Rowan, and Adam. No additional customizations or signatures can be requested.
    5.4 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
    5.5 Shipping Restrictions: Viva La Dirt League cannot ship prizes to the following locations: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine; Russia; Belarus; Ecuador; Cuba; Iran; Syria; North Korea.

  6. General Conditions
    6.1 Viva La Dirt League reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of violating the terms, using fake accounts, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
    6.2 By entering, participants agree to allow Viva La Dirt League to publicly share their username when announcing winners.
    6.3 Viva La Dirt League is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other problems that may prevent participation.
    6.4 The giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

  7. Changes & Termination
    7.1 Viva La Dirt League reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
